Zina’s Story
Zina Russell-Batiste was born and raised in New Orleans, LA, and graduated from Xavier University Preparatory High School. She and her family moved permanently to Atlanta, GA, in 1995, where she thrived as a Delta Air Lines employee. Now retired, she continues to support workplace initiatives. Zina lives by the belief: “You can do all things through Jesus Christ.”

Zina walks by faith, not by sight—anchored in hope, fueled by grace. Through trials and triumphs, she trusts in divine purpose, knowing every step is guided. Her guidance radiates that being a believer means living with conviction, embracing the unseen, and radiating love. To her, It’s not just belief—it’s a lifestyle of strength and unwavering spiritual confidence.
Achiever
Zina is an achiever who sets ambitious goals, breaks through barriers, and never settles for less. Fueled by passion and persistence, she transforms challenges into stepping stones. She teaches her children that achievers don’t wait for opportunity—they create it. Her journey is a powerful testament to resilience, vision, and the unstoppable force of determination.
